THIS is a High Intensity interval training (HIIT) class. It is a uniquely creative, Fun and challenging class. The class is taught personally by the founder, and creator of the Amenzone concept.

Our Boxing Fitness classes are exciting, fun and challenging. It is taught with the right discipline and techniques of boxing. You should expect to work the punching bags, do Focus Pad work with trainer, jump rope, and all around boxing conditioning that will take your fitness to the next level.
